The protein comes from a pea, brown rice and yeast protein blend supplying all nine essential amino acids.
It works as both. With protein, fat, fibre and a full micronutrient profile in one scoop, it stands in for a rushed meal — but it's equally useful as a post-workout shake or an afternoon top-up. What separates it from a plain protein powder is the 26 vitamins and minerals, the fibre and the pre- and probiotics.
Yes. KABO is 100% plant-based, with no dairy, so it suits vegetarians, vegans and anyone who is lactose intolerant.
No — some superfoods are specific to a flavour. Figs and dates appear only in Fig & Dates; yeast protein only in White Chocolate Blueberry; cocoa, brown rice protein and xanthan gum only in Butter Coffee. The blend labels above note which is which.
Mix one scoop (54g Butter Coffee / 51g White Chocolate Blueberry) into 200–250ml of water or milk and shake or blend well. It thickens slightly as it sits.
It depends on the flavour. Fig & Dates and White Chocolate Blueberry are sweetened with monk fruit extract; Butter Coffee uses stevia. Butter Coffee and White Chocolate Blueberry also contain a small amount of minimally processed cane sugar. There are no artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours or preservatives in any flavour.
