How KABO describes it“Bioavailable minerals for bones, energy, immunity & metabolism”
Copper

What it actually is

A trace mineral that works closely with iron, and one of the few where the traditional Indian habit of drinking water stored in a copper vessel has some basis.

What it does in the body

Needed for normal iron transport, for the formation of connective tissue, for normal hair and skin pigmentation, and for the nervous system.

Where else to get it

Nuts, seeds, whole grains, pulses, dark chocolate.

In the formula

Copper and zinc compete for absorption. This is exactly why a balanced multi-mineral blend is safer than taking a large single-mineral supplement on its own.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients. This is general nutrition information, not medical advice — if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
