How KABO describes it“To support immunity, energy, skin health, and cellular function—bridging nutritional gaps for vibrant vitality”
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

What it actually is

A water-soluble B vitamin, and the one responsible for the bright yellow colour of B-complex tablets and of urine after taking them.

What it does in the body

Involved in releasing energy from food and in maintaining normal skin, vision and red blood cells.

Where else to get it

Milk, curd, eggs, green leafy vegetables, almonds.

In the formula

Riboflavin is degraded by light, which is why milk in clear bottles loses it faster than milk in opaque packaging.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients. This is general nutrition information, not medical advice — if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
