How KABO describes it“A mineral-rich, unrefined salt harvested from evaporated seawater, containing essential trace elements like magnesium and potassium for balanced hydration and flavor”
Sea Salt

What it actually is

Unrefined salt from evaporated seawater, carrying trace minerals that heavily refined table salt loses.

What it does in the body

Two jobs. It provides sodium, an electrolyte you lose in sweat and need for fluid balance. And it makes everything else taste more like itself — a pinch of salt is why the sweet flavours read as rounded rather than flat.

Where else to get it

Present in almost everything you eat. Most Indian diets carry more than enough sodium already, largely from pickles, papad and packaged food.

In the formula

A small amount, doing a large amount of work for taste.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients. This is general nutrition information, not medical advice — if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
