How KABO describes it“To support immunity, energy, skin health, and cellular function—bridging nutritional gaps for vibrant vitality”
Vitamin A

What it actually is

A fat-soluble vitamin, supplied either preformed or as beta-carotene which the body converts as needed. KABO carries carotenoids from carrot and goji alongside the added vitamin.

What it does in the body

Needed for normal vision — particularly the eye's ability to adjust to low light — and for maintaining skin and the mucous membranes that line the gut and airways. It also plays a role in normal immune function.

Where else to get it

Carrot, pumpkin, papaya, mango, dark leafy greens; egg yolk and liver for the preformed kind.

In the formula

Because beta-carotene is converted only as required, plant sources do not carry the overdose risk that high-dose preformed vitamin A supplements can.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients. This is general nutrition information, not medical advice — if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
