How KABO describes it“Yeast protein is a complete, highly digestible protein source rich in B vitamins and minerals that supports muscle health, gut health, and immune function”
Yeast Protein

What it actually is

Protein from a food yeast — the same family as the yeast that leavens bread, grown and then dried. It is a complete protein on its own, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids in usable amounts, which is unusual for a non-animal source.

What it does in the body

Contributes complete protein and naturally carries B vitamins and trace minerals alongside it. It also brings a savoury depth that rounds out the sweetness in the White Chocolate Blueberry blend.

Where else to get it

Nutritional yeast, if you can find it, is the closest kitchen equivalent. There is no traditional Indian food that delivers it in quantity.

In the formula

Only in White Chocolate Blueberry. Butter Coffee uses brown rice protein for the same complementary job.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients. This is general nutrition information, not medical advice — if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
