How KABO describes it“A fast-absorbing energy source that fuels your brain and body, supports ketosis, and boosts metabolism—ideal for sustained energy and mental clarity”
MCTs from Coconut

What it actually is

Medium-chain triglycerides extracted from coconut. Their shorter carbon chains mean they are absorbed and metabolised differently from the long-chain fats in most oils — more directly, and faster.

What it does in the body

Provide quickly available energy. This is the ingredient in the formula most closely tied to the idea of mental clarity, because MCTs are readily converted to ketones the brain can use.

Where else to get it

Coconut oil and fresh coconut, both of which South Indian cooking already uses generously.

In the formula

In both flavours; part of what gives Butter Coffee its name.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients. This is general nutrition information, not medical advice — if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
