How KABO describes it“Works synergistically to enhance digestion—breaking down carbs, proteins, fiber, lactose, and fats for optimal nutrient absorption and gut comfort”
Cellulase

What it actually is

An enzyme that breaks down cellulose, the fibrous structure of plant cell walls. Humans do not produce it at all — the reason plant fibre passes through us largely intact.

What it does in the body

Helps release nutrients trapped inside plant cell walls, which matters in a formula built from sixty-plus plant ingredients. It also softens the load on the gut from a sudden increase in fibre.

Where else to get it

No food supplies it. Cooking vegetables does a similar job by breaking cell walls down with heat.

In the formula

Particularly relevant alongside the vegetable and mushroom powders.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients. This is general nutrition information, not medical advice — if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
