How KABO describes it“Enhances gut health, immunity, and nutrient absorption”
Inulin

What it actually is

A soluble prebiotic fibre found naturally in chicory root, onion, garlic and banana. It is not digested by you — it is food for the bacteria in your large intestine.

What it does in the body

Feeds beneficial gut bacteria, which ferment it into short-chain fatty acids. It also contributes to the 4 g of fibre in a serving. Fair warning: people new to inulin sometimes get bloating or wind for the first week, which usually settles.

Where else to get it

Onion, garlic, banana, and jerusalem artichoke. Raw onion in your salad is doing prebiotic work.

In the formula

The prebiotic half of the pair — it exists to feed the two probiotic strains alongside it.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients. This is general nutrition information, not medical advice — if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
