How KABO describes it“The Ancient Sweetness Secret, derived from nutrient-rich monk fruit—naturally sweet with zero calories, no blood sugar spikes, and free from artificial blends.”
Monk Fruit Extract

What it actually is

Extract of luo han guo, a small gourd from southern China. Its sweetness comes from mogrosides, which are hundreds of times sweeter than sugar by weight and carry no calories.

What it does in the body

Sweetens without contributing sugar or calories, and without raising blood glucose. Unlike some sweeteners it has little bitter aftertaste, which is why it suits a dessert-leaning flavour.

Where else to get it

Not sold as a kitchen ingredient in India in any meaningful way.

In the formula

The main sweetener in White Chocolate Blueberry, working alongside a small amount of cane sugar.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients.
