How KABO describes it“Bioavailable minerals for bones, energy, immunity & metabolism”
Magnesium

What it actually is

A mineral involved in hundreds of enzyme reactions, held mostly in bone and muscle, and found in the green parts of plants because it sits at the centre of the chlorophyll molecule.

What it does in the body

Contributes to normal muscle function, to the nervous system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal protein synthesis.

Where else to get it

Green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, dark chocolate.

In the formula

Refining grains strips magnesium out. A diet built on maida and polished rice supplies markedly less than one built on whole grains.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients. This is general nutrition information, not medical advice — if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
