How KABO describes it“Rich in flavonoids for heart health, antioxidants for cellular protection, and mood-boosting compounds like theobromine—offering a delicious, nutrient-dense energy lift”
Cocoa

What it actually is

Cocoa powder — roasted, pressed cacao with most of the fat removed. It is one of the most flavanol-rich foods commonly eaten.

What it does in the body

Cocoa flavanols have a reasonable evidence base for effects on blood vessel function. Cocoa also contains theobromine, a mild stimulant related to caffeine, and magnesium.

Where else to get it

Dark chocolate with a high cocoa percentage, or plain unsweetened cocoa powder in milk.

In the formula

Only in Butter Coffee, where it rounds out the coffee and adds body.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients. This is general nutrition information, not medical advice — if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
