How KABO describes it“Urinary tract protector and antioxidant booster”
Cranberry

What it actually is

Dried cranberry, tart enough that it is rarely eaten plain. Its distinguishing compounds are proanthocyanidins, a specific class of polyphenol.

What it does in the body

Cranberry proanthocyanidins have been studied for urinary tract health, mostly at concentrated doses in juice or capsule form rather than the amount present in a blended shake. Take the ingredient as a source of polyphenols and leave the rest to the research.

Where else to get it

Sold everywhere in India as sweetened dried cranberry — usually with a great deal of added sugar.

In the formula

One of the nine superfruits.

KABO does not publish a milligram-by-milligram breakdown of every micronutrient, so this page describes what the ingredient is and what it is needed for rather than how much of it a serving contains. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and set out at kabo.co.in/pages/ingredients.
